Scoot is one of Singapore’s latest low cost carrier, formed in 2011 under the umbrella of Singapore Airlines. We were excited to be a part of their journey from day one, starting from their first public announcement, up to the full implementation of our solutions. In this project, our primary role consists of launching the airline’s corporate site and implement one of their most important revenue channel - the online booking engine.
One of the key ingredients of this project’s success is our close partnership with Scoot. We work as one unified team and are consistently on the same page as to what we want to achieve at launch day and for subsequent releases under a solid digital roadmap. Once we get the basics right, we test our solutions with the end user and make any necessary changes along the way to continue improving the site’s user experience.
We managed to create the necessary public awareness by working together with Scoot’s social media team and partner advertising agency. As a result, the online booking numbers are higher than anticipated on the site’s launch day.
