A corporate website for Alexandra Hospital to dynamically display and manage their full range of services and recent events. We pitched for a user-centric design targeting multiple segments of visitors, which was achieved by building a filtering tool that recommends relevant links for different visitor type.
The process of building User Filter is rigorous, we studied their user segment and their browsing behavior, most searched information, and other relevant fact they interested in. To help measure the performance of this user segmentation, we applied ClickHeat to map out click areas, hence finding out the ratio of visitors in Alexandra Hospital website.
